Wabash Community Centre Feasibility Study

This potential LEED Silver community centre in Toronto’s West End would rehabilitate an abandoned factory on the edge of a vibrant residential neighbourhood.

The planning for the Community Centre was coupled with master planning for the adjacent park, which is heavily used by the community. Numerous community meetings were held to help ascertain the goals and needs of the community.

My duties included all drawings, community meeting presentations, coordination with City of Toronto staff, consultant coordination and the creation of a 200 page document to fulfill the requirements of the grant which was used to fund this study.
