Ellis Park Road Renovation

This extensive renovation of a small existing house on Ellis Park Road overlooks Wendigo Pond. Nestled on the side of a steep hill, the building feels like a treehouse. We focused on modernizing the home, adding a large roof deck and making the dated home feel like a brand new house. Under current City of Toronto zoning and TRCA requirements, this lot would no longer be considered buildable, so we worked within the existing footprint to mazimize the usability of every inch.

I was responsible for all aspects of the project including design, City of Toronto approvals, design, coordination and construction administration.
